God’s Faithfulness

In reading the Old Testament, we see over and over where God is faithful to His children. We read about so many battles where He helped them conquer their enemies.

In 1 Chronicles 5:20, it says, “And they were helped against them…because they trusted in Him.”

Another translation says it like this: “…They cried to God in their battle and He granted their request because they relied on, clung to, and trusted in Him.”

So many times, we try to fight battles in our own strength. What would happen if we applied this verse to our own lives? God has promised to fight our battles for us! We can be assured of the victory because of what Jesus did at Calvary.

Let’s make the decision to rely on, cling to, and trust Him in every situation we face in life! He is faithful!
