What We Have Because of Jesus

As much as I miss my mom and dad, who are now in heaven, I feel so blessed to have their Bibles and so many notes they left behind.

I found this in my mother’s Bible. It simply reads like this:

I have:

Love                                        Strength                                            Courage

Joy                                           Power                                                  Faith

Peace                                      Sound Mind                                      Hope

Health and Healing             Ability (to do all things             Wisdom

Happiness                             through Christ)     

Knowledge                            Understanding

…Because of Jesus

That’s quite a list! And it really covers it all! There’s an old song we used to sing that said, “Jesus is all we need.” And that is so true. Jesus is more than enough! He supplies all of our needs!
